At the moment we have classes for beginners and intermediate levels in Aerial Sling and Aerial Hoop

The Aerial Sling apparatus is made of textile and has the shape of a loop. It is usually suspended at a height of approximately 1 meter above the ground.

Aerial is indeed a potentially dangerous activity. We only use professional equipment, 20 cm thick crash mats and moreover, an innovative rigging system that allows for quick intervention in case of emergency.

You can only know this by trying it  🙂
Nonetheless, Aerial Sling is one of the easiest Aerial apparatus for beginners. This is because of the soft textile material that doesn’t bruise your skin as easily.

Moreover, the Aerial Sling is holding your weight at all times, like a hammock, compared with Aerial Silk where you hold your weight using your muscles on knots tied on your joints.

No. They both use the apparatus called Hammock, but:

The Aerial Sling aparatus is rigged in only 1 spot, uses a infinite spinning element and is used for dance and performance purposes.

The Aerial Yoga aparatus is rigged in 2 spots, it does not spin infinitely and is mostly used for relaxation and workout purposes.  Check our short video on this topic.

Of course you can. We offer beginner level classes and the content is adapted to your needs and capacities.

If you’re concerned about your levels of force or flexibility, you can join the Fitness training program. Go to the “Our Method” page for more details.

It’s best if you wear clothes that cover your knees, waist and armpits, for example long leggings and a long sleeved blouse (or a T-shirt that covers your armpits) and socks.

The clothes should not have any zippers or other metallic inserts (because they can hurt you or damage the Aerial Sling) and they should not be too loose or too tight on your body.

Our classes are usually scheduled in the evenings, between 5pm and 8.30 pm.

Our general schedule is available here : Schedule.

The detailed version of the schedule that offers information on the available spots for each class will be received after enrollment on the page Start Learning.

Note: If you choose to become an Inner Circle Member, you will have the option to express your needs for future schedule changes and programing workshops/events.

You can join our classes by completing our enrollment procedure, through which we guide you on the page Start Learning. Payment can be done in cash or by bank transfer (IBAN received after enrollment).
