adapted for your needs

In our Aerial Sling and Aerial Hoop classes, we teach movement combinations that give students the freedom to create their own choreography

Technique is our main focus in class, and self-training provides the opportunity to implement and perfect what you've learned.

Fitness

  • Ideal for those who didn't do any sport for a long time
  • Experience a balanced workout focused on strength, flexibility, and mobility using Aerial equipment
  • Build muscle mass to be able to execute Aerial Arts poses and transitions effortlessly
  • Gain flexibility to enhance your range of motion

Grace Combos

  • Ideal for beginners in Aerial Arts and for newbies with a background in sports
  • Learn simple Aerial techniques, a new one each week
  • Develop your grace and enhance your balance through Aerial spinning
  • Create your own beginner level choreography

Harmony Combos

  • Ideal for those with experience in Aerial or for those with a good stamina
  • Learn more complex Aerial combos, requiring a greater level of force/ flexbility
  • Develop your technique and do all the WOW poses
  • Create your own intermediate level choreography

Selection of students for certain training programs is done at the discretion of the class instructor.
