Please make sure you read and understand the policies before joining a training program or making a reservation.

  • The class & self-training schedule is available in Google Sheets format (access given after completing the Start-Learning procedure).

  • Reserving a spot is allowed only after purchasing a training package or transferring the Curious fee.

  • Students may cancel a reservation with at least 24h in advance, but we can’t guarantee that they will find another spot to reschedule within the availability of the training package. 

  • In case of late cancellations, with less than 24h before the reservation, the entrance is lost unless the student finds another person to take their spot in class. 

  • Unfortunately we are not able to give any refunds.

Class Rules

1. It is the responsibility of the students to use the equipment at their own risk.

2. For safety reasons, students will not attempt any tricks or poses that have not been taught to them by the class instructor.

3. It is not allowed to train on any Aerial Aparatus in an advanced state of tiredness or after using any substances that affect lucidity.

4. Students must announce the instructor of any injuries or strains at the start of each session, as well as any injuries or strains that occur during the class.

5. Students must join in the warm-up exercises at the start of class. Latecomers are responsible for their own warm-up before entering class. Students that arrive more than 15 minutes late will be unable to participate in class.

6. Before attempting to use the equipment, be mindful of your surrounds, including the environment, objects, and other students.

7. Flat water is the best to stay hydrated during training. Fizzy drinks or other beverages are not allowed.

8. During class : gum, candy, or other solid food is prohibited.

9. No alcoholic beverages are allowed before or during class.

10. To avoid “silk burn” and to make the fabric flow easier around your body, wear thight clothes that covers your knees, shoulders and lower back.

11. Jewellery (rings, bracelets, necklaces, and watches) are not permitted during training due to the danger of injury and equipment damage. Same for long fingernails (sorry, ladies, you’ve been warned).

 12. All students are obliged to follow the emergency protocol exposed in the studio, in case of a colleague getting injured during the training sessions.

13. If you experience tiredness, dizziness, injury, or pain, stop training immediately. When your body is telling you to quit, listen to it!
